C.E.O & Founder
Aidan is the C.E.O & Founder of CrossFit Access. Founding CrossFit Access back in 2012 he has years of experience as a CrossFit® trainer with a background in Olympic Weightlifting, years of playing rugby and wake boarding.
Aidan specialises in weight loss & mindset, this is his game and he is very good at.
He often refers to his creation of the “Look Good Naked” Lifestyle Challenge as his gift to the world.
Yousef is the General Manager at Crossfit Access. Holding a degree in Sport & Exercise science, Yousef worked as a UKSCA accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach for 5 years at Leeds Metropolitan University and has a wealth of experience in Sports Performance and Injury
Rehabilitation across many sporting disciplines.
Having worked for British Weightlifting (BWL) as Regional Talent Development coach, Yousef specialises in coaching Olympic Weightlifting and holds a BWL Level 1 & 2 and AWF Level 1 & 2 Coaching qualification.
Throughout his time working for BWL he gained experience coaching at International Level at the Tri-Nation competition in Norway. Yousef established and managed a Northern Regional Lifting League in the UK, as well as Leeds City Weightlifting Club, which he still maintains and has a number of lifters at International levels.
Yousef is a qualified Crossfit Trainer and has worked as a Crossfit trainer at Crossfit Leeds in the UK before moving to Australia in 2017. His other qualifications and knowledge include Taping and Strapping, a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, and Level 2 Gym Instructor. Yousef is extremely passionate about coaching and helping people accomplish their goals.
Matt Anderson (Ando)
Ando is the Head Coach at CrossFit Access. Ando commenced CrossFit in 2013 and shortly became a qualified CrossFit Coach. Ando holds his Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification, CrossFit Gymnastics & Australian Weightlifting Federation L1.
Ando has a passion for coaching people who are interested in becoming better versions of themselves. Working with beginners through to advanced athletes is right in Andos wheelhouse. He also runs our CrossFit Teens program to help develop and encourage up and coming talent from ages 9 – 15 years.
Outside of coaching, Anso is the Founder of 200 Club Australia and has a passion for make Raw Ingredient Treats
