My personal training background saw me begin in the world of body building and raw strength training. It remains a passion to this day and an integral part of my training. As a result, I’ve had the privilege to train with some of Perth’s and Australia’s finest strength coaches. Five years from the start of my transformation, a curiosity and enthusiasm developed for CrossFit, which I’ve used in my training for 7 years now.
I’ve also pushed myself to compete and study powerlifting and my latest challenge is the Russian sport of Girevoy, a cyclical endurance sport performed with kettlebells. It’s through new challenges and constant goal setting and my continual education in my chosen field of health and fitness that I bring years of experience and knowledge to my clients that is relevant, up to date and proven to work.
