Owner & Head Coach
Aidan is the Owner / Director and Head Coach of CrossFit Access. He has years of experience as a CrossFit® trainer with a background in Olympic Weightlifting, years of playing rugby and wake boarding. Aidan holds a CrossFit Level 2 trainer qualification as well as Olympic weight lifting, Strongman & Gymnastic certificates.
Brett Pigott (Piggy)
Brett Pigott is General Manager across all our facilities. Brett has been involved with sports teams at the highest levels with a professional rugby career over 5 years. Crossfit is how Brett stayed in top form for sports and he loves showing people all the tricks he learned along the way working under some of rugby’s best Strength and Conditioning coaches.
Brett loves the challenge of helping new people to CrossFit to understand the benefits of exercise and breaking down movements so it can be done by anyone at any fitness level. Specialising in training for specific sports, Olympic weightlifting and also group trainings.

Kayla is the Head Coach at CrossFit Access Wangara. Kayla commenced CrossFit in 2013 and shortly became a qualified CrossFit Coach. Kayla holds her Cert 3 in Fitness, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certification, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Weightlifting & CrossFit Kids Certification.
Kayla has a passion for teaching athletes who are interested in competing in Crossfit as a sport. Working with beginner athletes in their first competition, to advanced athletes aiming for a chance at Regionals. She also runs our CrossFit Teens program to help develop up and encourage up and coming talent from ages 9 – 15 years.
Kayla has been with Crossfit Access since the day we opened our doors, but also has 9 months coaching experience managing and running Crossfit S2S in Bali, Indonesia. Kayla is a keen traveller who loves to meet and train with CrossFitters all over Australia & the rest of the world.
Outside of coaching, Kayla is also a keen CrossFit Athlete and likes to spend her free time training and spending time with her training partners. On rest day she’s often found down the beach running around after her Border Collie Puppy, Ivy.
Yousef is the Head Coach at Crossfit Access Morley. Holding a degree in Sport & Exercise science, Yousef worked as a UKSCA accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach for 5 years at Leeds Metropolitan University and has a wealth of experience in Sports Performance and Injury Rehabilitation across many sporting disciplines.
Having worked for British Weightlifting (BWL) as Regional Talent Development coach, Yousef specialises in coaching Olympic Weightlifting and holds a BWL Level 1 & 2 and AWF Level 1 & 2 Coaching qualification.
Throughout his time working for BWL he gained experience coaching at International Level at the Tri-Nation competition in Norway. Yousef established and managed a Northern Regional Lifting League in the UK, as well as Leeds City Weightlifting Club, which he still maintains and has a number of lifters at International levels.
Yousef is a qualified Crossfit Trainer and has worked as a Crossfit trainer at Crossfit Leeds in the UK before moving to Australia in 2017. His other qualifications and knowledge include Taping and Strapping, a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, and Level 2 Gym Instructor. Yousef is extremely passionate about coaching and helping people accomplish their goals.
Marrelle is a Registered Health and Nutrition Coach, Level 1 Meal & Menu Planner, holds a Professional Certificate in Wellbeing Coaching & Management, Accredited Certificate of Nutrition, Certificate of Nutrition and Health Coaching, Certificate of Optimal Sports Nutrition, Nutrition Psychology Food Choice and Eating Habits.
Apart from her addiction to Crossfit, Marrelle finds helping people to achieve their goals one of the most rewarding things anyone can do. Whether it be helping someone get their first pull up or helping them get optimal nutrition and mindset to smash out a workout the best they can.
Working one on one with her clients she collaborates to find any roadblocks that may be holding them back from achieving their goals and wellbeing, educating them along the way with all the support they need.
This is empowering for her clients as they help to discover the solutions themselves and become the masters of their own health. Together will work on diet diaries, meal plans, goal setting, habit change and much more to make your lifestyle change a new sustainable way of life.
