WAY too many times for my liking I’ve heard people say “I want to try CrossFit but I’m scared” or “I need to get fit first then I’ll give it ago”. Nothing makes me more frustrated than to hear that especially when nine out ten times it’s coming from someone that could really benefit from the CrossFit methodology. Somewhere down the line CrossFit got it wrong and has unintentionally created this perception that CrossFit is for the elite, and you have to be hard core to do it! WRONG!!!!
