Huge congrats to Natasha Varpins, our March Athlete of the month! Tash has been with us a little while now, and we love her consistency and dedication to her training. And the results have shown with Tash smashing the Open workouts recently, including getting her first bar muscle up! Tash has a few comps under her belt, and her passion for CrossFit has now bought her to our Coaching team and helping out in our Kids classes. How long have you been at CrossFit Access – about 1 and a half years i think lol
What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit? Shopping
What is your favourite and least favourite movements or WODs? Favourite movement – some say im crazy but i enjoy burpees and the new found favourite the muscle up, least favourite rowing and wall balls
What your biggest achievement so far? Definitely getting the muscle ups.
What are your future goals? Would like to get ring muscle ups next.

Why did you start CrossFit? I didn’t actually even think about it to be honest. I just seen it pop up on facebook, then googled it, and called, then came in for a trial and absolutely fell in love.
What do you love about CrossFit Access? CrossFit Access is like a second family to me. The coaches are amazing and inspiring, the environment is motivating. And everyone supports each other no matter what level you are at.
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey? Just do it, give it a go, you will absolutely love it. And no you don’t need to be fit to start everything will be scaled to suit you.
