Descending reps for time. AMRAP’s are horrible! Why did you get into CrossFit?: I hated training (gym, running etc) by myself. I played lots of competitive team sports, but they weren’t keeping me fit (or strong!). One of our current coaches-in-training (Jodie) suggested I give CrossFit a shot. She dragged me along to do Murph one day. I loved/hated it so much. I was hooked straight away. What do you love about CrossFit Access? The community is awesome. It creates the drive you need to keep improving. I’m 100% convinced I wouldn’t get nearly as much out of this if it wasn’t for the people pushing me. I also love that CrossFit isn’t just about lifting heavy stuff really fast. As awesome as that is, it also encourages flexibility, mobility and good nutrition. It’s helped me to stop feeling like an old man.
