Massive congratulations to our Athlete of the month for February Brooke Mincherton, Brooke has been through alot in the last few months which is why we love her so much! She’s a real fighter and using CrossFit as a kind of rehab after going through major brain surgery. How did you get into CrossFit: A friend challenged me to try it, and I love it immediately. What do you love about CrossFit: The feeling of achievement when you finish a WOD and being able to share that feeling with the awesome people around you.
