Massive congratulations to our Athlete of the month for November, Jill Hudson Whoa, where do I start with super fit & super strong CrossFit babe! Jillsie has been with us pretty much from the start and just recently completed & dominated our Primal Challenge which has bought out Jillsies true strength! This girl loves to lift and her PB’s just keep on coming. Lets get to know “Jillsie” a little better: Favourite movement: Box Jumps, Handstands & Olympic Lifting Latest PB: 120kg Deadlift, 60kg Squat Clean, 87.5kg Back Squat, 50kg Bench… And this is only at the time of publishing this! They just keep coming. Likes: The beach, summer, sleeping in, my puppy and eating. Ultimate WOD: Body weight chipper or a short Amrap with box jumps and hang power cleans. Why did you get into CrossFit I knew people who were opening the box and was supporting them (didn’t really know much about Crossfit) What you love about CrossFit Access: It’s not static, I never get bored because there is always a movement I want to improve. The people for sure!! Always supporting one another.
