Why did you get into CrossFit Wanted more than gym machines and mirrors. Something that challenged me, and fitted in with my family and lifestyle and allowed for real growth. What you love about CrossFit Access: The coaches, the WODS, the people! The environment, encouragement, push, and tweaking to make me stronger and healthier than I have ever been before.
