Our 12 week Olympic Lifting program is open to anyone looking at learning or improving their Olympic Lifting. An intensive 1.5 hour+ long class dedicated to making you stronger and lifting heavier. You’ll learn correct Olympic Lifting technique which will in turn make you a better CrossFitter.

Under direct guidance from expert Olympic Lifting coach Jay Waller, who is one of a few coaches in W.A that have trained athletes to Commonwealth Games Level, you will be coached in a small group on the Snatch & Clean & Jerk. This small group setting allows for more one on one time so your specific needs can be targeted. The program is perfect for all lifters at any level and will:
- Get you stronger and lifting heavier
- Teach you correct Olympic Lifting Technique
- Help improve those WOD times
If Olympic lifting is hard for you, or your numbers haven’t changed in months then this program will benefit you. With specific programming and structured classes focusing on all elements of the Snatch & Clean Jerk you’ll be lifting heavier than your pairs in no time! Jay Waller has years of experience making athletes of all levels better at Olympic Weightliftng. He is fully qualified and has trained athletes to compete at the Commonwealth games.
