Our Free Intro Classes are fun and very informative. They are designed to give you the best introduction to CrossFit and answer any questions you may have. You will be part of a small class of people that are all also experiencing CrossFit for the first time. Our Intro coaches are very kind and caring coaches that live and breath CrossFit and will be able to answer all your questions.
Intro into CrossFit
The Intro class goes for an hour, don’t worry we’re not going to be working out for an hour!! In the hour you’ll get a tour of the gym and a short brief of how the gym operates and what you can expect of a “typical” CrossFit class. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions that we haven’t already answered before breaking of into a warm up followed by a short workout that is specifically designed for beginners or people that are new to exercise. Our intro classes are free and have absolutely no obligation. We want you to leave satisfied that you have been given the best possible introduction into CrossFit and to have all your questions answered so you 100% know if CrossFit is for you!
