What is the number one most common excuse for not eating healthy food…? To be honest I don’t actually know the exact number one reason, but I bet that one of these will be right up there!!
- Don’t have enough time
- It’s too hard or takes too long
- Healthy food is expensive
Eating healthy isn’t hard nor is it expensive as I’ve shown in the video and in the recipe below. A small amount of preparation the night before and making sure you have what you need for the week when you go to get the groceries, is an investment of your time into your health.

Salmon Stake ($10.00) This can be swapped for Steak ($5.00) Coconut Oil (41cents) Broccolini ($2.98) Seasoning ($1.00) Total cost $14.39 (Steak option $9.39) Sear the Salmon (or steak) then when half done throw in the broccolini to wilt it down. Remove the Salmon once cooked and the continue to wilt the broccolini adding in your favourite seasoning. Serve warm.
