CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS
For Ages 4-18
CrossFit Kids & Teens is a method for teaching children ages 4-18 the principles of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids & Teens emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids & teens. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

If weightlifting is your passion then our Barbell Club is the option for you! We have our very own Internationally Accredited and Renowned weightlifting coach who has coached athletes to Commonwealth Games levels you can be assured your numbers will climb through the roof.
